Ah yes, the fabled "natural talent" - some people are good at something, others are not, and that's the way it is.
No, I'm kidding. That would be a terrible world to live in. If you're trying to make art your career in some way or another, I'm sure you're a fan of another artist out there, yeah? Someone so incredibly talented that their work inspires you and you can stare at it for hours?
They were drawing stick figures once. Their work looked like it was drawn by an infant with a broken arm, at some point. But they practiced, became experienced, and didn't question if they would become more experienced with time- if you dedicate yourself to a skill, you will improve at it, continuously. There's no hard limit for anyone, always something to learn.
As far as career goes, no lie, making money off art is HARD. You'll certainly want to try to get another source of income for safety due to how variable exposure is until you know you're set.
